Rudy is a native Angeleno and the first in his family to graduate from college with a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Psychology from the University of California at Irvine. After many years of working and serving his community in public health, he decided to follow what came naturally to him creatively and made a career change to pursue styling.

He's had the opportunity to style celebrities such as Jennifer Lawrence, Rachel Bilson, Olivia Wilde, Seal, Katherine McPhee, Kat Graham, Kevin Connolly and Betty White. His work has been featured in numerous publications including Nylon, Surface, Zink, Esquire Russia, Marie Claire Indonesia, ELLE Sweden, ELLE KZ, Glamour and Ocean Drive.

Advertising clients include Sunglass Hut, Jaguar, American Express, Gatorade, Saks 5th Ave, Vertu, Sebastian and Moroccanoil. He has also collaborated with photographers such as Mark Abrahams, Greg Gorman, Yu Tsai, Howard Schatz, Guiliano Bekor, Alison Dyer, Bryan Adams, Robert Gallagher and Fredric Reshew.
